Yelibelly Chocolates catered nitrogen ice cream for my son’s 5th birthday, and it was such a hit! The kids were amazed by the fun fog effect and absolutely loved the variety of toppings. Many went back for seconds! The team was professional, friendly, and made the experience so special. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again for future events!

Had a great time taking this virtual chocolate class! Learned new techniques like using vinyl to create prism imprint onto chocolate pops, used a small balloon to create a chocolate bowl & added flavored oils to the chocolate for variation. Highly recommend taking a class. Everything shipped to my door.

Yelibelly Chocolates shipped fabulous tasting boxes to each of our attendees in advance of our Heartstories Girls Night Out. Yeli led our "GNO at Home" attendees via live camera streamed to living rooms across the country like the true professional she is. She made this girls night out idea a huge success! She was warm, engaging, interactive, and so incredibly knowledgeable! And of course, the chocolates were to die for! 5 stars ALL The way!

BEST. LIQUID. NITROGEN. ICE CREAM. EXPERIENCE! I've worked with Yelibelly at multiple events and they are ALWAYS the biggest hit of the event. Their liquid nitrogen ice cream is SO delicious and can we talk about the experience?! It's so cool to watch their team make the ice cream right in front of you and they offer a variety of awesome flavors and toppings and are affordable for any event! My husband and I were married on 11/17/19. Yeli provided chocolate wedding favors for our 230 guests that were so beautiful you didn't want to eat them but so temptingly delicious you couldn't resist. We cannot count how many compliments we received about her chocolate favors and they will go down as one of the highlights of our reception. While we like chocolate, we absolutely love Yeli. She is more than just a talented artist and chocolatier, she is an amazing person. In January, when we started this journey of planning our wedding we were turned away on our first weekend of touring venues because we were a same sex couple and the owner of the venue told us that we were not part of God's plan for marriage. It was heartbreaking. We shared our story and pressed pause on our plans, unsure if we were up to the challenge of planning a wedding in Texas as a gay couple. We were not prepared to come out to every one of our vendors and hope that they would accept us.
